Host / Venues - Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Dharamsala, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Indore, Rajkot and Ahmedabad

Teams - India (Host), Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, England, Pakistan, New Zealand and South Africa (2 other teams to be confirmed).
****Total of 10 teams to be confirmed through ICC World Cup Super League and World Cup Qualifier 2022-23****

Cricket World Cup 2023 Important Updates:

1.ICC has confirmed that 2023 World Cup will be hosted in India. Anticipated dates for the league are October 5 to November 19, 2023.

2.Full schedule will be released next month as BCCI is planning to announce the World Cup schedule at a grand launch after IPL 2023.

3.India vs Pakistan match will likely be hosted at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

4.Most of Pakistan's matches are set to be played in Chennai and Bengaluru.

5.India vs Australia match is likely to be held at Chennai's MA Chidambaram Stadium.

6.South Africa qualified for the WC2023 and became 9th team of the tournament as first ODI between Ireland and Bangladesh was abandoned due to constant rain
